Quick steps when connecting accounts:
Start with the default 90‑day history sync (try shorter if it fails).
After sync, click “Sync balance” to update the current balance.
If you imported transactions manually, skip history sync and only use “Sync balance.”
Tag transactions by store, salesperson, project, or other categories.
