Additional Member Slots

Business Premium and all Agency plans can purchase additional member slots:

  • Cost: €5 per slot per month (automatically billed)

  • Range: 1–50 additional slots per profile

  • Flexibility: Increase or decrease quantity anytime with automatic proration

  • Billing Sync: Member slots automatically match your main subscription billing cycle

Managing Your Subscription

Access billing management through Settings β†’ Billing:

  • View Current Plan: See your active subscription, next billing date, and billing preview

  • Change Plans: Upgrade or downgrade with automatic proration

  • Manage Member Slots: Adjust team size for Premium/Agency plans

  • Cancel / Reactivate: Cancel your subscription or reactivate before the period ends

Through the Manage Billing button (opens Paddle portal):

  • Update Payment Method: Change credit cards or update billing information

  • Download Invoices: Access all past invoices and receipts

Money-Back Guarantee

Billing setup is required immediately, but if you're not satisfied within the first 60 days, you can request a full refund. We don’t require any reason for the money-back.

Client Management & Refunds

When a business profile joins your agency, their existing subscription is automatically handled:

  • Automatic Refunds: Business subscriptions are immediately canceled with prorated refunds

  • Fair Billing: Clients only pay for time actually used before joining your agency

  • Seamless Transition: No billing interruptions or manual intervention required

  • Enterprise Billing: Additional clients beyond 40 are automatically metered at €20/month each

Payment Methods & Security

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express accepted worldwide

  • European Cards: SEPA support for European bank cards

  • Secure Processing: All payments processed by Paddle with bank-level security

  • Automatic Tax: EU VAT automatically calculated and applied where required

  • Promotion Codes: Apply discount codes during subscription setup

Important Billing Notes

  • Business and Agency profiles require immediate billing setup before accessing the platform

  • Plan changes (upgrades and downgrades) take effect immediately with automatic proration

  • All member slot billing is monthly regardless of your main subscription cycle

  • Canceled subscriptions maintain access until the end of the paid period

  • Discount codes reduce your price for a set number of billing cycles β€” canceling forfeits remaining discounted cycles

  • After cancellation, your data is preserved. If you delete your account, data is permanently removed after 30 days
