Agency profiles allow you to manage multiple business clients from a single account. Each client's data is fully isolated, and clients automatically receive premium business features at no additional cost to them.

Your current client usage is displayed as a progress bar at the top of the Client Management page.

Getting Started

  1. Complete billing setup β€” required before you can access agency features

  2. Open Client Management β€” navigate to the Client Management page from the main app menu

  3. Send your first invitation β€” click "Invite Client" and fill in the details

  4. Client accepts β€” they receive an email with a secure link to join

  5. Manage client profiles β€” switch between your agency and client profiles as needed

Inviting Clients

Go to Client Management β†’ Invite Client to send an invitation. You'll need to provide:

  • Email address β€” must match the client's GoMonio account email

  • Business type β€” select from: E-commerce, SaaS, Consulting, Retail, Healthcare, Education, Finance, Real Estate, or Other

  • Personal message (optional) β€” included in the invitation email

How Invitations Work

  • Invitations are sent via email with a secure, unique link

  • Each invitation token expires after 7 days

  • You can resend or revoke pending invitations from the Client Management dashboard

  • Duplicate invitations (same email, business type, and message) are prevented

What Happens When a Client Accepts

  1. The client can use an existing business profile or create a new one

  2. Their business profile is automatically upgraded to premium at no cost

  3. If the client has an active paid subscription:

    • Yearly plans receive a prorated refund

    • Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period

  4. An agency-client relationship is created and the client appears in your dashboard

Client Management Dashboard

The Client Management page provides a centralized view of all your clients:

  • Status tracking β€” see which clients are active, pending (invitation sent), or inactive

  • Search and filter β€” find clients by name, email, business type, location, status, or assignment

  • Statistics cards β€” quick overview of active, pending, and inactive client counts

  • Multi-client view β€” select up to 5 clients simultaneously to view their profiles side by side

Profile Switching

You can switch between your agency profile and any active client's profile directly from the dashboard. When accessing a client profile, your agency role determines your permissions:

  • Agency Owners/Admins get Admin access in client profiles

  • Agency Editors get Editor access in client profiles

Removing a Client

Agencies can deactivate a client relationship from the Client Management dashboard. Clients can also leave an agency themselves via Settings β†’ Profile β†’ Leave Agency.

When a client is removed or leaves, the agency-client relationship is deactivated and billing is updated automatically.

Billing & Limits

  • Client count is tracked automatically against your plan's limit

  • You cannot send new invitations if you've reached your plan's client limit β€” upgrade to a higher tier to add more

  • Enterprise tier charges €20/month for each client beyond the included 40

  • When a client joins, their individual subscription is refunded/cancelled as described above
